Maine’s been hit with a rainy patch. My book full of untested and new weekend adventures rested silently atop my bookshelf this weekend. Deciding to simply head outdoors and discover new roads and towns – we found a fresh hobby – antiquing. Maine holds a host of antique shops and flea markets. I turned over everything from vintage fishing creels and historic first edition books to coyote hides and signed Playboy magazines. We now have an activity to fall back upon when showers ruin Saturday plans.
